He is survived by: his mother Carol Wiggins (Kendall); his sister Charla Evinger (Robert); his son Chris Wiggins (Amy); his granddaughter Evelyn; his daughter Kayla Wiggins-Hoesman (Austin); and his grandchildren, Dominic, Theodore and Lillian. He is also survived by two nieces, a nephew, aunt, uncle and cousin.
