He was predeceased by: his mother Marsha Lane Nay (Vaughn). He is survived by: his father Charles E. Nay of Paris; his sister Dawn Ellen Lorey (Marc) of Terre Haute, Indiana; his nephews, Carson Lorey of Terre Haute, Michael Lorey (Shelby) of Tacoma and Nathan Lorey (Karlee Clayton) of Indianapolis, Indiana; and his great-niece Mackenzie Campbell of Paris. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
