He is survived by: his parent Thelma Ruth Matthews (Daugherty); his spouse Nancy Ann Kelsheimer; his children, Tony Matthews (Cindy Rylee) of Tuscola, Charles Larry Matthews Jr. of Paris and Candy Rollings (David) of Paris; his siblings, Robert Matthews of Mattoon and Sharon Ruth Matthews of Charleston; his brother-in-law Ronnie Kelsheimer (Linda) of Charleston; and his grandchildren, Blake Woolum, Gage Woolum and Randi Rollings. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
