He is survived by: his mother Carol Cusick (Nicholson); his daughter Nicole Stewart (John) of Marshall, Illinois; his siblings, Donnie "Red" Cusick of Paris, Nick Cusick (Jaime) of Marshall and Samantha Cusick of Paris, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Keegan Cusick, Rian Stewart, Skylar Stewart and Jade Hutchcraft.
