He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Cleveland and Cora Lee Turner (Brown); and his siblings, Harold Turner, Donald Turner, Ronald Turner, Lillian Bryant, Brenda Lenhart and Velma Rhoads. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
