She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Cassady and Ethel L. Cassady (Griffin); and her siblings, John A. Cassady and Nancy E. Hutchison. She is survived by: her husband William L. Milbourn; her children, Crystal Vilk (J. K.) of Paris and Kent Milbourn (Kelly) of Paris; her grandchildren, Adam Vilk (Jamie) of Paris, Ev Brown (Rowdy) of Paris, Skyler Milbourn of Paris, Mattie Mason (Ethan) of Castle Rock, Chandler Milbourn of Paris and Kloe Milbourn of Indianapolis; her great grandchildren, Sloan Vilk, Kaelan Brown, Addilyn Brown, Kristian Milbourn and Maxyn Milbourn; and her brother Jeff Cassady of Paris.
