He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Hornbrook and Pearl Hornbrook; his daughter Jodi Kay Hornbrook; and his brother George Hornbrook. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hornbrook (Stone); his children, Ray Hornbrook (Veronica) of Paris, Amy Hornbrook of Paris, Kevin Hornbrook (Dennis Smolej) of Nanaimo and British Columbia; his grandsons, Elliott Kauffman (Korianna Kluss-Klekamp) of Belleville and Vince Hornbrook of Paris, Illinois; his brother Albert Hornbrook (Betty) of Normal; and his sister-in-law Bettyle Hornbrook of Marshall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
