She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Livingston and Rose Buehler Livingston; her husband James Ishmael Bowen Sr.; her sons, Mark Turner, David Turner and Ed Bowen; her sisters, Mary Ward and Margaret Bostock; and also Walt Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Marie Moran, James Ishmael Bowen Jr., Wesley Bowen, Rosie Jackson, Jane Ann Melton and Becky Lee. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchild and great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested for those desiring to make contributions to the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery Association or to Wounded Warriors.
