He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Willman and Audrey Willman (Keith); and his brother-in-law Jerry Motycka. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Willman of Panama; his children, Jason Willman (Angie) of Panama, Nathan Willman of Panama and Macy Willman of Panama; his grandchildren, Alivia Willman, Owen Willman and Tucker Banal; and his siblings, Shelby Motycka of Panama, Bill Willman of Pawnee, Carol Barricklow (Paul) of Hillsboro and Ken Willman (Julie) of Panama. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
