He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Vern and Josephine Cruthis (Monte); and his grandson Devin Cruthis. He is survived by: his wife Carol Cruthis of Panama; his children, Tammy Knuth (Steve) of St. Charles, MO, Kevin Cruthis (Merri) of Panama and Doug Cruthis (Adreanne) of Panama; his grandchildren, Kadi Knuth, Joe Knuth (Sam), Matt Knuth (Brittany), Blaine Timo (Katie), Case Cruthis, Gideon, Jaxen and Zayden; his sisters, Rita Wooten (Willie) of Mayfield, KY and Brenda Allen of Springfield, IL; and his close friend Oreo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
