He is survived by: his spouse Marg McLeod; his children, Bill Havrilka (Laura), Ron Havrilka (Laura) of Pana, IL, Tom Havrilka (Nicki), Judi Witt (Jeff) of Pana, IL and Jennifer Sisk (Jeff) of Pana, IL; his grandchildren, Kate, Michele, Curt, Shannon, Trevor, Grace, Jared (Liz), Jordan and Dylan; and his great grandchildren, Willow Schneider and Dax Witt.
