He is survived by: his children, Brenda Workman (Roger) of Moweaqua, Kevin Shrake (Kathy) of Chatham and Joey Shrake (Linda) of Pana; and his great grandchild Tenleigh. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
