It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Paul Billiter of Pana, Illinois, who passed away on January 6, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Paul and Agnes Paul (Hoyer); her husband Harold Billiter; her stepdaughter Sandra Flesch; and her stepgrandson Chad Billiter.
She is survived by: her caregiver Corp; her stepsons, Phil Billiter (Jan) and Harry Billiter (Ilene); her stepson-in-law Kenneth Flesch (Debbie); her stepgrandchildren, Ryan Billiter, Lynn Perryman, Kevin Perryman, Tammy Casner, Theresa Kile, Tonia Cothern, Harry Billiter, Roy Billiter, Dale Beeson, Randy Flesch, Alysia Feeney and Rachael Gilbert; and her close friend Rosemary Horsthemke. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
