She is survived by: her spouse Larry Perry; her children, Sam Perry (Gayle) of Tower Hill, IL and Angie Gravatt; her grandchildren, Tyler Merritt, Justin Merritt, Samantha Perry and Lane Perry; her great grandchild Zac Merritt; and her brother Jim Cohan (Elaine) of Nokomis, IL. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews.
