He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Groll and Celeste Groll (Wittmann); his sister Mary Schmidt; his cousin Helen Einig Lynch; and his daughter-in-law Kay Metzger Groll.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Hardy; his children, Robert H., Mary, John, Tom (Mariaedith), David (Peggy) and Stephen; his grandchildren, Karen, Karl, Anna, Ella, Madeleine and Sofieand; and his great grandchildren, Ryder and Reagan.
Memorials in lieu of flowers in Rab's honor may be made to St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Pana Community Hospital Foundation for Quad County Hospice or ALS Association Arizona Chapter and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
