He is survived by: his children, Pat Childress Bolin of Pana, IL, Chico Childress (Janet) of Tower Hill, IL and Richard E. "Dicky" Merrifield of Pana, IL; his grandchildren, Josh Standley, Michelle Standley, Chase Childress, Tiffany Welburn, Brandy Conway, Lindsey Conway and Ryan Collins; and his siblings, Eva Neece of Pana, IL, Norma Wallace (Norman) of Tower Hill, IL, Shirley Smart (Sherman) of Tower Hill, IL, Bill Merrifield (Georgette) of Pana, IL, John Merrifield (Roberta) of Pana, IL, Jim Merrifield (Cathy Jones) of Tower Hill, IL and Tina Janssen of Pana, IL.. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
