He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bell and Dorothy Bell (Fields); and his daughter Sherri Lynn Frost. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Bell; and his children, Tony Bell (Missy) and Kelli Smith (Josh). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
