Paul Scott Strong Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2019, at the age of 76, Paul Scott Strong (Pana, Illinois), born in Decatur, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Stanley and Catherine Strong (Rose); and his daughter Catherine Strong. He is survived by: his wife Betty R. Nielsen (Clayton); his daughter Elizabeth Hart (Matt) of Des Moines, IA; his grandchildren, Jena Joslin (Justin), Charles Hart and Tanya Strong of Coal City, IL; and his great grandchild Conrad Joslin. He is also survived by great granddaughter; numerous step-children; step-grandchildren.

Memorials in his honor are suggested and may be made to the First Baptist Church of Pana, American Heart Association or Alzheimer's Research and will be received by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home which is assisting Scott's family.
