She was predeceased by: her sister Mary Jane Sontag. She is survived by: her granddaughter Valory; her children, Michael Taylor Cothern of Pana, IL, Sarah Cothern of Pana, IL and Natalie Karr (Andrew) of Heyworth, IL; her grandchildren, Mya Crosby and Connor Karr; and her sister Diana Sontag.
Memorials in Patricia's honor may be made to Pana Community Hospital and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
