He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sisk and Louise Sisk (McKittrick). He is survived by: his daughters, Jacci Sisk of Pana, IL and Erica Bailey (Adam) of Shelbyville, IL; his grandchildren, Kyndall Jones, Addison Bailey, Maggie Ishmael, Maks Bailey and Lucy Ishmael; his sisters, Sheila (David) and Colleen Hinton (Tim) of Tower Hill, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly Bouris (Brad), Jay Hinton (Heather), Matt Price (Cristy) and Jeremy Hinton (Raven).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Sisko's honor may be made to the Pana Veterans Honor Guard and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
