He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Holthaus of Pana; his children, Eric Gregory Holthaus (Janelle) of Pana, Todd Michael Holthaus (Rose) of New Lenox, Illinois and Michelle Dawn Blackwell (Troy) of Pana; his grandchildren, Lucas Holthaus, Samuel Holthaus, Jared Blackwell (Kayla Williams) of Urbana, Michael Blackwell of Pana, Allison Ferrari (Joe) of Plainfield, Alivia Reed, Issabell Reed and Emily Blackwell; his stepgrandson Killian Noonan (Marley) of Lockport, Illinois; his great grandchild Kade Joseph Ferrari of Plainfield; his stepgreat-granddaughter Elena Noonan of Lockport, Illinois; and his sisters, Connie Elam, Barbara Villalobos and Marie McCarthy.
