She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Chernisky of Pana; her sons, Bill Chernisky (Cheri) of Greenwood, Indiana and Mike Chernisky (Debi) of O'Fallon, Missouri; her daughter-in-law Brenda Chernisky of Pana; and her grandchildren, Angela Bolender (Michael) of Lake Villa, Monica Burns (Cris) of Ft. Worth, Texas, David Chernisky (Julia) of Pana and Brock Chernisky (Sarah) of Raymore, Missouri. She is also survived by twelve Great-Grandchildren.
