He is survived by: his former wife Darlene Sackett; his wife Phyllis Dudra; his children, Dale Zumwalt of Rehoboth, MA, Janet Vieback of Pana, IL and Don Zumwalt of Elko, NV; his grandchild Kelly Zumwalt; his children, Lisa Zumwalt, Scott Zumwalt, Zachery Ray and Natalie Clifton; his sister-in-law Isabelle Zumwalt; his nieces, Barbara Waggoner, Eloise Slaughter, Karen Graves, Bonnie McClemen and Mary Kay Miller; and his nephew George Zumwalt. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
