She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Harold and Edith Marie Sinclair (Holton); her husband Richard Louis Boltz; and her grandson Aaron. She is survived by: her children, Ricky L. Boltz of Assumption, IL, Gregory A. Boltz (Nancy) of Tower Hill, IL, Timothy J. Boltz of Springfield, IL, Cathy L. Allsop (Floyd) of Monticello, IL and Michelle M. Reatherford (Bob) of Pana, IL; and her sister JoAnn Sinclair of San Antonio, TX.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
