Phipps; his children, Bonnie Mizeur (Steve) of Pana, IL, Terry Frailey-Wood (Neil) of Pana, IL, Carol Satterlee (Eric) of Pana, IL, Larry Frailey (Dana) of Pana, IL, Donna Weiser (Bill) of Taylorville, IL, Paula Sims of Pana, IL, Debra McCoy (Jim) of Taylorville, IL and Steven Mashburn (Renee) of Pana, IL; his grandchildren, Angie Frailey-Dressen (Chris) of Pana, Amber Green (Grover) of Pana, Christina Horsthemke of Pana, Erica Matthews (Jason) of Pana, Ethan Frailey of Pana, Jason Domonousky (Erin) of Taylorville, Nathan Domonousky (Penney) of Taylorville, Shelly Ashley (Vince) of Pana, Brian McCoy (Heather) of Taylorville, David McCoy (Kate) of Libertyville, IL, Lore Ballew (Adam Wilson) of Pana and Jared Mashburn (Laura) of Indianapolis, IN; and his siblings, Annabelle (Bill) and Kay Miller (Buck). He is also survived by 30 great grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter.
