He is survived by: his wife Joan Deardorff; his children, Tracy Maskill (Doug) of Kansas City, MO, Ted Lewis (Sharon) of Lafayette, IN and Todd Lewis (Lorie) of Hamilton, IL; his grandchildren, Michael Von Behern, Drew Lewis (Danyelle), Zach Lewis (Jordin), Molly Race (Kyle), Kaitlyn Lewis, Mallory Barry (Travis) and Lindsey Joern (Carl); and his daughter-in-law Deb Lewis of Lafayette, IN.. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
