She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd W. Shields and Mary Grace Shields (Gilbert); her spouse Vivan R. Shrake; her son-in-law Roger Workman; and her siblings, Ruby Mollohan, Fay Sarver and Don Shields.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Workman of Moweaqua, IL, Kevin Shrake (Kathy) of Chatham, IL and Joey Shrake (Linda) of Pana, IL; her grandchildren, Dianne, Jennifer, Justin and Haylee; and her great grandchildren, Kegan, Logan, Brittany, Lainey and Tenleigh. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
