He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Addison, Sr.; his stepfather Paul Mattox; his stepson Randy Miller; and his close friend Scott Matthews. He is survived by: his mother Joy Addison (Mayberry); his wife Linda Moore; his son Shane Addison (Carie) of Sullivan, IL; his stepchildren, James Miller, Crystal Hawkins and John Colton Moore; his grandchildren, Parker Addison, Carter Addison, Porter Addison and Harper Addison; his stepgrandchildren, Hunter Hawkins, Liberty Law and Cassidy Moore; his stepgreat-grandson Bentley Hawkins; his siblings, Ron Addison (Debra Laursen), Thomas Addison, Jr. (Susan), Pamela Sue Davis, Melody Celec (Keith) and Scott Janes (Sharon); and his pet Scotty.
