He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Carnahan; his children, Jerry, Donnie Buerk (Sherrie) and Tracy Wilhour (Brent) of Pana, IL.; his grandchildren, Jerald Buerk, Shannon Wade, Amanda Allen (Chris), Marley Buerk, Katie Buerk and Kelvin Olson; his stepgrandchildren, Grisel and Ty Grisel; and his sisters, Judy Cox of Tower Hill, IL. and Lena Jackson.
