He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Elizabeth and Lucille Elizabeth; his brothers, Frank Butkauskas and Lyle Bruns; and his grandson Caleb Combs.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Butkauskas of Pana; his sons, Greg Combs of Southern Pines and Dave Combs of Pana; his grandchildren, Cole Combs (Alyssa) of St. Louis, Missouri and Summer Combs of Pana; his great grandchild Oakley Combs; and his siblings, Kathy Dixon of Tennessee, Nancy Butkauskas of Chicago and Randy Bruns (Nancy) of Pana.
