He was predeceased by: his father Garred Ray Fellows; and his sister Karen Shipman. He is survived by: his mother Dixie Fellows (Woodland); his brother Garred; his siblings-in-law, Kelli Fellows of Decatur, IL and Jim Shipman; and his nieces and nephews, Danyelle, Adam Hylton, Brittianie, Brandon Sanders, Heather Raines, Josh, Amanda Shipman and Adria Shipman. He is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews, and other extended family.
