He is survived by: his wife Renee Mundy; his daughters, Melissa Toney (Kenny) of Pana, Bridgett and Brittany Blodgett of Nokomis; his grandchildren, Makayla, Izaq, Quentin and Harry; his great grandchild Bentley; and his siblings, Smoke Hadowsky (Bunita), Patricia Clutter, Sharon Stortzum (Mike) and Mary Rhodes.
