He is survived by: his children, Kandee Kamer (Mickey) of Ohlman, IL, Byron Adkins (Virginia Carmen) of Fulton, IL and Jamie Adkins, Jr. (Narisa) of Wilbur, NE; his grandchildren, Heather Thompson (Brian), Heath Estes (Candi), Kayla Moore (Teddy), Rebecca Hall, Stephanie Carlisle (Devin), Rachel Bennett (Ryne), Kelly Culver (Ethan), Andy Adkins, Blake Howes, Joon Ariuea and Brad Brunns (Heidi); his granddaughter-in-law Erica Estes; his close friends, Patty Brooks, Darren, Cindy Witt, Byron, Clyde and Lowell Witt; his siblings, John Adkins (Pauline) of Monroe, WI, Kenneth Adkins of Sandwich, IL and Betty Smith (James) of Oconee, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Vicky Latham, Mary Covert, Kenny McCaslin and Keith McCaslin. He is also survived by 28 great grandchildren.
