He is survived by: his children, Lagenia "Sis" Evans of Vandalia, IL and James D. King of Pana, IL; his daughter-in-law Susan King of Pana, IL; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Easton (Robyn), Jason Easton (Becky), Stephanie Thomas (Brent Tedrick), Greg Evans (Faith), Cory King, Chase King and Trever King (Babe). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Memorials in James' honor may be made to Hickory Estates Memory Care and will be received by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
