He was predeceased by: his son Mark. He is survived by: his wife Donna Dixon of Pana; his children, Rick Dixon (Cheryl) of Mahomet and Debbie Kara (Dan) of Claremore, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Chris Kara of Whiteville, Jason Dixon (Rhonda) of Woodstock, Illinois, Phil Kara (Stephanie) of Haslet, Texas and Kaitlin Southworth (Kevin) of Champaign; and his brother Hank Dixon of Villa Grove. He is also survived by five Great-Grandchildren.
