She was predeceased by: her father Henry Godwin; her husband Carl H. Steeby; her son-in-law Ron Havrilka; and her siblings, Leroy Godwin, Leon Godwin, Lois Cook, Doris Cox and Wayne Godwin.
She is survived by: her former husband Elvin Lee Shelite; her children, Mark Shelite (Michele) of Herrick, IL and Laura Havrilka of Pana, IL; her grandson Hunter Shelite; and her sister Linda Sarver of Pana, IL..
