He is survived by: his mother Brandy West (Todd) of Pana, IL; his daughters, Harmony "Shorty" Warner and Sophia "Savage" Crowe; his stepdaughter Annabell Moore; his aunts and uncles, Lacy Hankins (Robert Rhoades), Jamie Hollamon (Bobby Everett), Lyle Hankins and Jeremy Hollamon; his cousins, Chandler "Hoss" Hankins, Trinity Hollamon, Kai Hollamon and Cayden "Astroe" Hankins; and his pets, Kaido, Athena, Taz, Malynko and Zeus.
