She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Richard Koontz (Cathy) of Pana; her grandchildren, John Koontz (Sujata), Josh Koontz (Leanna) and Alicia Koontz; her siblings, Gary "Butch" Smith (Chris), Lois Weers (George) and Carol Sue Pollman (Don); and her daughter-in-law Annette Koontz of Ashmore, IL.. She was also cherished by 5 great-grandchildren.
