He was predeceased by: his father Cecil Manuel; and his siblings, Norma Whittington, Eva Dean Dodd, Patty Dull, Viola Reedy, Garold Manuel, Bobby Manuel and Beverly Gatewood.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Wemple; his children, Jeffrey Manuel of Pana, IL, Greg Toberman (Chrystal) of Pana, IL and Kirby Manuel (Vanessa) of Pana, IL; and his grandchildren, Jessica Manuel, Jacob Manuel, Jonathan Manuel, Steven Toberman (Alicia), Kari Scott (Travis), Christopher Toberman (Kristen), Jacoby Manuel (Kendal), Shelby Vaughn (Kyle), Hayleigh Manuel and Karsen Manuel. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
Memorial in Donnie's honor may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or American Cancer Society and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
