She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Stephens and Frances Evelyn Stephens (Acres); her husband Orville West; her brothers, Kenneth Stephens and Harold Stephens; her grandson Luke West; and her half-siblings, Richard Hostetler, Fred Hostetler, Joyce Thompson, Edna Karnes and Diane Largent.
She is survived by: her children, Michael West (Brandy) of Pana and Donna Moon of Pana. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials in Donna's honor may be made to the American Cancer Society and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
