She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Gina Heaton; and her siblings, Madelaine Husic, Antoine, Eugene, Leo Jr., Victor and Richard Trumper.
She is survived by: her husband Paul MacDavid Hayes; her daughters, Linda Schoonover of Pana and Diane Hayes of St Louis, Missouri; her grandchildren, Crystal Waddington (Jeff) of Pana, Twila Bumgardner (Darren) of Pana, Darren Schoonover (Companion Amanda) of Pana and Shannen Schoonover (Amy) of Pana; her great grandchildren, Rhiann Wicks (Jake), Ericka Crawford (Alex), Alyssa Waddington, Alexandria Spracklen (Nick), Alexis Heaton of Nashville, Tennessee, Breanna Schoonover of Pana, Renee Waddington of Pana, Shania Schoonover of Pana, Leandra Bumgardner of Pana, Braden Bumgardner of Pana and Brenden Schoonover of Pana; and her great great grandchildren, Rylan Czaikowski of Pana, Kyson of Pana, Koehn Wicks of Pana and Paisley Crawford of Pana.
