We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Dave L. Spurgeon of Pana, Illinois, born in Opal, South Dakota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Spurgeon and Julia Spurgeon (Olson); and his brother Norman Spurgeon. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Crowe; his daughters, Julie Stolte (Don) of Rosamond, IL, Penny Taylor (Kirk) of Pana, IL, Pam Beyers (Mark) of Pana, IL and Jeanette Spurgeon (Steve); and his sister Doris Klunt of Yamina, WA.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials in Dave's honor may be made to the Alzheimer's Association and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
