She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Bowers Jr. and Evelyn Louise Bowers (Morris); her parents-in-law, Betty and Tony McKavetz; her great grandchild Zander Friesland; and her brother-in-law Carl Moreland.
She is survived by: her husband David McKavetz of Pana; her daughters, Stacy Kietzman (Josh) of Riverton, Shananne Gesell (Gary) of Kincaid, Deana DeClerck (Micheal) of Assumption and Emma Allen (Donnie) of Rosamond; her stepson Merrill Turner (Jessica) of Springfield; and her siblings, Margaret Manley (Kent) of Ramsey, Sharon Moreland of Bingham, Robin Moreland (Rick) of Ramsey, Tammy Wilson (Bill) of Hillsboro and Deanna Litaker (Bobby) of Altamont. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McClure Funeral Home and Cremation Services (302 W Poplar St, Taylorville, IL 62568). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
