She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Slater and Retha Slater (Wyatt); her daughter-in-law Lisa Wise; and her sisters, Wilna Witsman and Catherine Tabor.
She is survived by: her husband Lyle Wise; her children, Todd Wise of Springfield, IL, Susan Wise (Perry Mayland) of Assumption, IL and Lila Wise of Pana, IL; her grandchildren, Ryan Robinson (Brittney), Rachel Bonfitto (Jarret), Morgan Durco (Scott) and Eric Wise; and her siblings, Patty Craig of Oconee, IL, Roy Slater of Oconee, IL, Merle Slater of Oconee, IL, James "Tom" Slater (Kathy) of Humbolt, IL and John "Tad" Slater of Herrick, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
