He is survived by: his children, Austin Sherwood of Taylorville, IL, Brenna Kamalii (Jaylyn) of Pana, IL and Carlie Kamalii of Pana, IL; his stepdaughter Jade Stanberry; his grandmother Opal (Russell) of Pana, IL; his girlfriend Amanda Bradley of Pana, IL; and his sister Dusty Kamalii.
