He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Ann Parks (Long); and his brother Dennis Lee Parks. He is survived by: his father William Parks (Christine) of Findlay; his children, Andrew, Crystal and Preston; his siblings, David Parks (Donna) of Shumway, Charles Parks (Vicki) of Tower Hill, Virginia Logue of Texas and Rose Podbelsek (Guy) of New Holland; and his close friend Diane. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a private family graveside service will be held at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in rural Shelbyville with Reverend Jim Allen officiating on Tuesday, June 2, 2020.
