She was predeceased by: her aunt Sheila; and her grandmother Gloria Kramer. She is survived by: her significant other Chad Blackwell; her children, Hayden, Ryan, Jacelyn Seibert (Tyler), Chayli Abdelsalam (Nabil) and Brevin; her grandchildren, Copelan and Aleena; her parents, Tammy and Steve; her aunt Melissa; and her close friend Kenneth. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles & cousins.
Memorials in Amber's honor may be made to the Pana Quarterback Club & Pana Sports Boosters and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
