He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew and Mary; and his brother Otto. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine M.; his sister-in-law Barbara Furey (late Edward); and his nieces and nephews, Ed Furey (Lynn), Diane Cawley (Rich), Barbara Kudrna (Keith), Jennifer Furey (Brian), Kelly Suyko (Tom), Michael Griffin, Amy Mulick (Matthew) and Megan Couture (Travis). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
