It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Penland of Palos Park, Illinois, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his nephew Michael Zarr; and his parents, Harold Penland and Dorothy Penland. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Oakley; his son Christopher Penland; his sister Carol Zarr (late Dennis); his nephew Brian Zarr (Jill); his niece Pamela White (David); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alissa, Brianna Zarr, Allison and Caiden White.
Due to COVID-19, the service will be private for family only.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Community Center Foundation "The Center" in Palos Park or to Animal Welfare League in Chicago Ridge.
