He is survived by: his parents, David Oppenheim and Beth Oppenheim (Voll); his brother Stephen Oppenheim (Mikiala) of Fort Wayne, Indiana.; and his grandparents, Arthur Oppenheim (late Carol) and Carol Voll (late Clifford). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
